Awesome Workout!
I joined ILKB-Great Neck in order to lose weight and strengthen up post-chemo. I was scared at first because I wasn't sure if I could handle it, but the instructors at Great Neck are so encouraging and make sure you get in a great work out. They make working out fun! Even with a full class, they come around and help you better your technique. I've been going for about three months now and not only have I lost weight and toned up, I'm also getting stronger and more energized. Joining ILKB-Great Neck has been one of my best decisions ever!

Best gym ever
Best workout at ILKB! You will sweat and feel the burn from every class... you will see immediate results. Classes are fun and you will keep coming back. Best decision ever made was joining ILKB.

so happy to be a member at ilkb its a positive atmosphere and they have the best instructors. its the perfect place to get a great work out and have fun while doing it.

Great classes and an awsome atmosphere!
I loveee this place! Just joined about 3 months ago and already lost 10 lbs and I'm seeing some definition. The studio is great always clean and organized. The trainers are friendly, full of energy and are always willing to help. Everybody makes you feels like your right at home. Definitely would recommend this place 100%
